Oil company Husky-CNOOC Madura Limited (HCML) is interested is sealing a deal with Bumi’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Bumi Armada Holdings Limited (BAOHL) and its joint venture company PT Armada Gema Nusantara (PT AGN).
HCML’s owner, Husky Energy, has been granted a 20-year production sharing contract for the Madura BD field, in Indonesia.
If finally signed, the contract will last for 10 years with options of five annual extensions worth an aggregate value of $147m.
