The Nordic American Tankers (NAT) spin-off said the charterer would take the vessels for a year initially, with an option for a further 12 months.
“This will secure employment for two of our vessels up to the end of 2015,” it added.
NAO has been in operation since the end of 2013. It has six ships in the water, plus four newbuildings on order.
