Its 4,560-dwt Normand Carrier (built 1996), 4,100–dwt Normand Corona (built 2006) and 4,300–dwt Normand Flipper (built 2003) have been fixed by a subsea contractor for a pipe transportation project.

Oslo-listed Solstad says the job will take up 730 vessel days plus mobilisation and includes some options which are not specified.

Attempts to reach Lars Peder Solstad for comment on the deal were unsuccessful at the time of writing Thursday.
