The Singapore-listed company said the contract will run over a period of three years including extension options.
“The service rig is expected to be deployed and working in the Southeast Asian waters by end 2016,” Ezion said.
The identity of the counterparty was not disclosed, only described as a Southeast Asian based national oil company.
Ezion is a major operator of multi-purpose self-propelled jack-up rigs, or liftboats, with five vessels due to come into service this year.
