The contract is said to be for three years and will tie up one of the Indonesian operators 12,000-bhp anchor handlers.
The Jakarta-listed company is also said to be in the running for a series of offshore vessel charters potentially worth up to $200m.
Analysts at Singapore finance house UOB Kay Hian say the company is among the last two bidders for a three year PSV contract worth $30m.
