The offshore firm is offering up 48,585,000 shares at SGD 1.12 apiece, it told investors today.

Its book opened this evening and the offering will close on 2 October.

While Golden Ocean was a pioneer in having Singapore and Oslo listings, EMAS is the first to raise capital from shares sales on both exchanges.
