The Dof subsidiary said the supreme court ruled in its favour against the Norwegian central tax office (Sentralskattekontoret) regarding extra correction tax for 2008.
This was found to be in contravention of the legislation for the current tax year.
The case was connected to a "constitutional conflict" related to the Norwegian tonnage tax regime, it said.
Dof had already recorded victories in the district court and the appelate court.
