Compatriot Myklebusthaug has exercised a one-month option for the 4,700-dwt supply ship Dina Star (built 2013), starting from October.
Reach did not disclose any financial terms of the deal.
The vessel is being operated jointly by the two companies for ongoing projects in the far north.
It has been equipped with a 150-tonne subsea crane and started operations for Myklebusthaug in June.
