It is paying AUD 23.3m ($20.3m) for the entire issued share capital of Strategic Marine (S) Pte and Strategic Marine (V) Company Ltd.
The Singapore facility is in Tuas and covers an area of just over 11,000 sq metres and includes a 1,260 sq metre covered shipbuilding hall.
The shipyard facility in Vung Tau in South Vietnam covers an area of around 128,000 sq metres including nearly 20,000 sq metres of workshop and machinery shop space.
