The Thoresen Thai-controlled subsea services provider says the move is on the back of strong demand for its services.
It has chartered-in the subsea construction vessel Siem Daya 2 (built 2013) to provide subsea cable laying installation support services in the Middle East.
The Daya Offshore-owned vessel will be on hire until early January 2015 with options for further extension depending on additional work availability.
