The Dubai owner saw a profit of $14.6m compared to $12.4m in the same stage of 2013.
Revenue rose by 4.8% to $103.5m.
Topaz attributed its performance to the addition of seven new vessels and the deployment of some of them in the Caspian sea and West Africa.
