The Houston-based company has taken the UT737 CD-design Island Pride (built 2014) for two years at an undisclosed rate.
The DP2-rated vessel is expected to be available for work in the US Gulf of Mexico (GOM) sometime in early January 2015.
Prior to starting the charter the Island Pride is expected to undergo modifications including reconfiguration to accommodate two ROVs.
The vessel will also be equipped with a satellite communications system capable of transmitting streaming video for real-time work observation by shore personnel.
