In his first purchase since joining Ezion’s board in 2007 he has bought 150,000 shares at an average of SGD 1.13 (87 US cents) each.
The acquisition has increased Chew’s direct holdings in Ezion to 19.6m shares, a stake of 1.24% in the company.
The purchases were made on the back of a 41% drop in the share price since September when it was around the SGD 1.90
