The company said that Vroon Ship Management and Vroon Offshore Italia have been renamed Vroon Offshore Services.
The Genoa-based company will remain in the office it shares with Vroon tanker subsidiary Petrolmar.
"Business focus will be on commercial, operational and ship management of the company’s offshore-support vessels in the Mediterranean and adjacent waters," Vroon said.
The new combined company operates 10 vessels, including modern anchor-handlers and supply ships.
