New York-listed NAO, which was spun-off from Nordic American Tanker, said the charters will last four months, with further options for each vessel, which it did not name.
The ships will start with a major oil company in February or March.
The company said: "We are pleased to observe the attractiveness of the NAO vessels, which all are operated in the North Sea."
