The units are the 187-bp anchor-handler Skandi Copacabana (built 2005) and four PSVs: the 3,250-dwt Skandi Leblon (built 2004), the 3,350-dwt Skandi Flamengo (built 2003), the 3,000-dwt Skandi Yare (built 2001) and the 3,100-dwt Skandi Stolmen (built 1997).
The buyers are companies owned by a Brazilian private equity fund managed by Mantiq Investimentos and Mare Investimentos.
Norskan will remain responsible for the operation of the five vessels until current charters are terminated.
