The owner of a 70-strong fleet of OSVs lost NOK 202m ($26.6m) versus a profit of NOK 134m a year ago.
Revenue for the period increased 9.3% to NOK 2.8bn, however operating costs rose over 15% to NOK 2.1bn.
It was boosted by a NOK 264m net gain on the disposal of assets, but this was more than offset by NOK 400m in foreign exchange losses.
