The company said US independent Anadarko Petroleum is halting its lease of the 42,000–dwt Belford Dolphin (built 2000) from early September 2015.
The vessel is due for five-year class renewal survey in the second or third quarter. This will cost $130m over 100 days.
TradeWinds reported in November 2011 the ship was one of two FOE units chartered by Anadarko for use off Mozambique.
