Oslo-listed Farstad has sold the 13,380-bhp Far Sky (built 1991), it told investors today.
While no price was revealed for the vessel, the owner will carry a NOK 4.5m ($542,432) loss on the disposal in its first quarter accounts.
The sale comes as the ship completed its last contract.
Karl-Johan Bakken, chief executive of Farstad, tells TradeWinds Far Sky has been sold to an operator which intends to continue trading the ship.
