The company said the 3,000-dwt Revelation (built 1975) cost $2.6m.
It was previously managed by Trinity Offshore.
The ship was delivered on 19 March in Singapore and has entered into a 90-bareboat charter off Malaysia.
It has an option to extend the deal.
