It told the National Stock Exchange of India that its board approved today the acquisition of a 3,300-dwt PSV.
With the latest addition, the company – formerly known as Garware Offshore Services – controls seven PSVs built from 2006 onwards.
But it did not provide any more information about the recently acquired vessel.
The Ashok Garware-led offshore owner also owns five anchor handlers.
