“The company is not disputing the debt,” Otto Marine said in a statement, adding that it was in negotiations with the creditor’s solicitors to reach a settlement.
The Singapore-listed offshore supply vessel operator said a hearing will take place in the Singapore High Court on 15 May.
Otto added that the total sum claimed against the company by the unnamed creditor is about $200,000 and EUR 900,000 ($977,000).
