The offshore vessel operator and shiprepairer said net earnings to 31 March were $4.4m, compared to $3m in 2014.

Revenue rose to $13.7m against $11.2m the year before, as it added three more vessels.

The Middle East specialist said it would exercise caution with its fleet upgrade and expansion, however, given the uncertainty in the oil and gas sector.

It has three ships under construction currently.
