The New York-listed company said the net deficit for the period was $0.4m compared to a profit of $4.1m at the same stage of 2014.
It came from lower charter revenue, which went down to $11.3m from $14.6m.
It has also decided to further delay the delivery of two newbuldings at Norway's Vard Aukra shipyard until April and June 2016.
The delivery of the two platform supply vessels (PSVs) had initially been pushed back from mid-2015 to the first quarter of 2016.
