Norway's Havyard Ship Technology has agreed to delay the delivery of a $59m Fafnir Offshore platform supply vessel (PSV).
The shipyard said the 4,250-dwt hull 126, a Havyard 833 WE-type ship, will now be handed over in June 2017, instead of March next year.
The decision was made because the Icelandic owner has failed to find long-term employment for the ship in weak offshore markers, despite working on several projects.
