Swiber Holdings has acquired a significant stake in Nigerian company Deltatek Offshore Limited (DOL).
The Singapore listed company bought 9.5m shares in the company which represents 38% of DOL’s issued share capital.
The acquisition was made by subsidiary company Swiber Offshore Construction and costs about NGN 9.5m ($47,679).
DOL is principally engaged in providing offshore engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning services in the Sub-Saharan Africa region.
