Seadrill said it has sold off its remaining stake in Malaysia-based offshore vessel operator and drilling firm SapuraKencana.
The sale of the 490 million shares in SapuraKencana netted $195 million, according to Seadrill.
Seadrill came to own the shares through the sale of its tender rig business to the SapuraKencana. Seadrill had as much as a 12% stake in the firm as of 2013.
