Keppel is teaming up with oil giant Rosneft in a bid to grab more of Russia’s offshore business, despite extensive western sanctions.
The Singapore offshore rig builder said the new venture will establish a design and engineering centre in the Russian Federation.
Initial projects will be from Rosneft for work related to shallow water platforms, but it will also seek work from other Russian and international customers.
