Mermaid Maritime has delayed the delivery of three offshore vessels building in China due to the poor state of the offshore market.
The vessels affected are two performance class tender rigs and the DP2 dive support and construction vessel Mermaid Ausana which are under construction at China Merchants Industry Holdings.
The three units were due to be delivered in 2016, but the rigs have now been pushed back to late December 2016 while the vessel has been delayed until June 2017.
