Ezra Holdings continues to be pressured by the downturn in offshore oil production as it reported a decline in third-quarter revenue and a pro-forma loss.
Revenue did appear to be bottom out as year-to-date results are flat, but Ezra does not see any clear recovery on the horizon.
The Lionel Lee-led company reported revenue of $125.7m for the three months, a 10% decline from a year ago quarter.
