Offshore vessel shares touched new all-time lows Monday amid expectations that drilling rig utilisation will continue to fall despite recent improvements.

GulfMark Offshore has plunged 11.6% so far today to reach $1.60 in afternoon trading after slipping as low as $1.55 during the day, which was the lowest level the shares have hit since they began trading on the New York Stock Exchange in 1997.
