Arild Myrvoll is set to exit Rem Offshore ahead of its merger with long-time rival Solstad.
Myrvoll will leave the chief executive’s role after a general meeting on 10 October, a statement revealed this morning.
Myrvoll, also a former chief financial officer at Rem, is following chairman Age Remoy in planning to leave once the deal with Solstad is done.
