Norwegian rig owner Songa Offshore may have lined up a fresh fixture for a drillship that has been sitting on ice since May.

Oslo-listed Songa says its subsidiary, Pegasus Invest, has tied up a paid relocation agreement for the 10,155-gt unit Songa Saturn (built 1983), according to a filing with the Oslo bourse.
An "un-named industry participant" is footing the bill for the move from Malta to the Port of Spain in Trinidad.
Songa says the patron is chasing a potential business opportunity in the "Middle Americas".
But even if a job fails to materialise, the Songa Saturn will earn cash for the return voyage plus compensation.
As TradeWinds has reported, in March the unit was putting the finishing touches on a $10m drilling contract with China's CNOCC.
