Troubled shipowner Malaysian Merchant Marine has been slapped with a claim from its own deputy chairman for alleged unpaid expenses.



The company, which is in danger of going bust and currently only has three employees after a mass lay-off last month, is taking legal advice on the claim but does not have any cash to settle it.
