Agritrade Resources has secured the acquisition of its third VLCC.
It has bought the 309,300-dwt DHT Chris (built 2001) from DHT Holdings, confirming reports in TradeWinds over the past couple of weeks.
Agritrade said in a statement it had paid $23.7m for the tanker, which will be delivered in January next year.
