Icelandic shipowner Eimskip has revealed it is paying EUR 15m ($15.86m) for Norway’s Nor Lines.
It said earlier this month it was acquiring the reefer and ro-ro line, but has now unveiled more details.
Eimskip said the price was subject to adjustments based upon the company’s financial statements for 2016.
It said: “The operation of Nor Lines has been challenging in recent years.
