The identity of the buyer of two medium-range (MR) tankers managed by Claus Petter Offen has still to be confirmed but it seems the duo have been sold for $36m en bloc.
The Hyundai Mipo Dockyard-built, 52,000-dwt CPO Japan (built 2010) and CPO Korea (built 2009) are bank-controlled.
It is believed the deal is on subjects, both on the seller's and buyer’s side.
