Two Greek bulker owners have sold the oldest ships in their fleets, finding trading buyers for all of them — and a third is set to join them.

Handysize bulker owner Narval Shipping Corp has sold the 27,800-dwt Minas (built 1997) to a Chinese buyer for $3.3m. The scrap value of the Kanasashi-built ship is estimated at $2m to $2.5m.
