Third time lucky for AHTS trio?

The Sheriff of Singapore is trying again to sell three Pacific Richfield anchor-handlers at auction.

Bids with a deposit of SGD 50,000 ($36,900) must be in by 28 November.

This is the third auction for the vessels.

TradeWinds reported last month there was no shortage of bargain-hunters when the last sale took place, but they remained unsold.

The 8,000-bhp Pacific Bronze (built 2003) attracted eight bids, while the 6,000-bhp Pacific 8 (built 2003) and Pacific 28 (built 2004) received five offers each.
