The auction date for the sale of a Parakou Tankers MR tanker under arrest in South Africa has been set for 5 December 2017.
The 51,000-dwt Pretty Scene (built 2006) has been detained off Durban for more than a year as a result of Parakou’s legal feud with Jinhui Shipping.
The auction, which is due to take place at the offices of local law firm Bowmans, will be handled by online auction firm Clear Asset.
