Dianik Bross Shipping of Greece has emerged as the buyer of an 18-year-old panamax sold by Reederei Roth.
The 72,900-dwt Monte Pelmo (built 2000), renamed Dimitrios T, becomes the biggest and youngest vessel in the Dianik fleet.
Reederei Roth of Germany confirmed having sold the Daedong-built vessel at the end of February, without revealing the identity of the buyer.
The deal reportedly went through for $8m.
