Taiwan's Wisdom Marine Lines has sold and leased back an ultramax newbuilding in Japan.
It ordered two 63,000-dwt bulkers at Imabari in 2016 at $24m each.
But now it has revealed one of these ships will be leased instead of owned.
It did not name the buyer.
