A German report said Nordic, owned by Russian businessman Vitaly Yusufov, isone of 30 companies to have expressed an interest in P+S.
The yard’s administrator Berthold Brinkmann said half of these are financialinvestment funds.
He is hoping to have bids in by the end of October.
On 1 November, insolvency proceedings begin as temporary funding expires,putting at risk 1,800 jobs at two yards in Stralsund and Wolgast.
