Sinokor Merchant Marine is rumoured to be the buyer of the 256,000-dwt Hebei Winner (built 1993).
Brokers say the South Korean shipowner paid around $12m to acquire the ore carrier from China’s Hebei Ocean Spirit Shipping (Hosco) but note the transaction may still be on subjects.
