The bulker owner said it exercised its right to cancel the contract for the Golden Nantong, the last capesize it had contracted at the shipyard.
This follows a decision in December to pull the rug on two panamaxes, the Golden Excalibur and the Golden Express.
Golden Ocean said the shipyard had referred the matter to arbitration, but said it felt it had a “strong case”.
