The company said the MC-class module carriers will carry ultra large and heavy modular cargoes.
The yard announced the deal on Thursday, but did not name the owner.
The vessels are scheduled for delivery in May 2015 and August 2015, with two options.
The company is a joint venture between BigLift Shipping and RollDock Shipping.
