The Dutch specialist announced last month it had sold the5,100-dwt diving support vessel SBM Installer (built2013) to Malaysia’s Daya Offshore Construction for $180m in cash.

But the vessel is back on the market now after parent companyDaya Materials (DMB) said it had never intended to buy the vessel.

“Mutual termination of the MOA has been sought as ourintention was to execute a long-term charter of the vessel and not a directpurchase,” a statement said.
