Four separate tenders will be held, according to data on the website of the Bulgarian Chamber of Private Enforcement Agents.
The largest asset is a plot of 562,119 square metres with a starting price of BGN 46.9m, SeeNews reported.
Bids must be in by 14 April.
Last year, it was reported the yard was up for sale for an optimistic $280m.
After laying off workers, management said earlier this year it would remain operational after re-registering under new name Barabel.
