Subsidiary Ulstein Sea of Solutions will draw up the blueprints for a vessel named CASCO Enabler for owner CASCO Offshore.
Delivery of the ship is set for the fourth quarter of 2016, the designer said in a statement. No financial details were disclosed.
Attempts to reach Ulstein Sea of Solutions representatives for comment on the deal were unsuccessful at the time of writing.
