The British owner is closing in on a handysize bulkerorder in Japan following a year-long effort to secure a fresh contract.
Chiefexecutive John Denholm says the deal will be for one eco ship with an optionfor a second but he declines to reveal which yard will secure the contract.
Thepending order, which Denholm first revealed an intention for last September,will see the company back in the bulker business it exited in December 2013.
